House Captains
The role of House Captain plays a vital part in the day-to-day organisation of our school. It is more than just a title and badge—it requires dedication, reliability and a strong commitment throughout the year. In many ways, House Captains act as junior members of staff and are expected to approach their role with a sense of responsibility.
These positions are nominated by staff, who carefully consider which pupils have demonstrated the qualities needed to be effective leaders and role models. They provide an excellent opportunity for Year 6 pupils to lead by example, showing maturity and initiative. At the same time, they serve as positive role models, helping younger pupils understand what it means to be part of a supportive and respectful school community.
Duties:
- Lead and support the children of your House in a variety of House Competitions and whole school events
- Support the PE leaders at Sports Events such as Sports Day.
- Inspire the children of your House Team
- Be an excellent role model in behaviour, attitude and dress at all times
- Showing visitors around the school
- Helping to set up the hall for assemblies
Our House Captains this year are:
Sports Day Champions 2024-25
